InnoverseTech provides digital solutions including but not limited to: • Web Development and Design • Mobile Application Development • UI/UX Design Services • Graphic Design Services • Video Editing and Production • MVP and Product Development • IT Consulting Services All services are provided based on individual project agreements and are subject to additional terms as specified in service contracts.

Unless otherwise stated, InnoverseTech and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Upon full payment for services rendered: • Custom code developed specifically for clients becomes the client's property • Third-party components retain their original licenses • InnoverseTech reserves the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed You may not: • Republish material from this website • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from this website • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material for commercial purposes

As a user of our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Not engage in any activity that interferes with our services • Respect intellectual property rights of InnoverseTech and third parties

For paid services: • Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements • Invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise stated • Late payments may incur additional charges • All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified • Taxes are additional where applicable We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

In no event shall InnoverseTech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Resulting from your use or inability to use the service • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers • Any interruption or cessation of transmission • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the service will immediately cease • We may delete any content associated with your account • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
